I'm a therapist working with clients online, providing a warm, supportive space where people can explore life's challenges, develop greater self awareness and move towards meaningful change. In between therapy clients I take painting commissions for spirit guide portraits. I have an art studio at home where I can paint in my spare time. I'm constantly developing my skills by taking classes or learning from other experts.

My path into therapy began through the study of therapeutic arts. Before training as a therapist, I studied fine art where I became fascinated by creativity and how it allows people to express themselves beyond words. I noticed that whilst painting, I would enter an altered state of consciousness, where communication with higher dimensions would be possible.

My work is tailored to those who are seeking personal development... whether that's integrating past experiences, moving towards becoming a happier, more fulfilled person, or opening up to spiritual experiences and the world of the unseen. I can act as a metaphorical bridge, to connect you to where you need to go!

I hold a level 7, City & Guilds qualification in Transpersonal Arts in Therapy. Whilst my degree focuses on using art as a tool for therapy, I was also trained in Humanistic talking therapies, as part of the course. My chosen subject for my dissertation was on "authenticity". I reflected how my own journey into therapy led me to find myself.

Qualifications are important, but in my opinion, experience is the best teacher. Drawing from my own life experience and the challenges I have faced has been my greatest asset. Over the four years of my degree studies, I worked in a number of institutions such as schools to gain the relevant experience. Working with a diverse range of ages and needs gave me a good foundation for understanding how to approach subjects such as neurodivergence and mental wellbeing.

Art is the key.
