About Sheila
Background
Sheila grew up in Zimbabwe and moved to UK in 2000. Up to that time she was learning life skills such as working in offices. She dedicated her life to fine art and clairvoyance from 2000-2015. From 2015 till present, she has been working as a transpersonal counsellor with a focus on healing arts.
Arts & Therapy
Whilst training in Therapeutic Arts, Sheila worked in schools with children experiencing a wide range of challenges such as neurodivergence, complex special needs and emotional challenges. Sheila gained her Level 7 City & Guilds certificate and became a member of the BACP.
Talking Therapy
At present Sheila works remotely with adults who are in need of counselling. She worked alongside "Freedom of Speech" and "Betterhelp" to reach as many clients as possible. She has experience in a wide range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, narcissistic abuse, neurodivergence, relationship difficulties and so on.
